Praise God that he has given us all that we need for life
and godliness. We can live a victorious Christian life
because we have been cleansed from our former sins
and set apart as partakers of the divine nature.
May we never become ineffective or unfruitful
in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ,
but live in light of our forgiveness and choose to
live the life of godliness that God has for us.
The Christian life is much like that of the human growth, it is building skill upon skill, precept upon precept, it should be a continual progression. Great way to demonstrate this concept!
ReplyDeleteExactly! There's no excuse for a Christian to continue living a defeated life. We have been bought with the precious blood of Christ and given a new nature! May we contiue to draw closer to Him.
